Important:

It's true, no one can provide truly unlimited web hosting, but when we say unlimited domains, diskspace and bandwidth, of course there are terms & conditions that you must adhere to. These accounts may not to be used to host a collection of mp3s, audios, videos, anime, .rar files, Warez and similar files, or to backup your computer or another source. They may not be used for general storage of any type. All content stored on an unlimited account must be directly used on the Internet by the website associated with that account. These accounts may not be used as a download distribution point for your software or media. They are to be used for standard web practices only. This means that all content stored on an unlimited account must be used for "acceptable" website use. “Unacceptable” usage is anything that a shared server would not be able to provide under standard circumstances. If all diskspace used is for acceptable websites, and all bandwidth used is for acceptable activity, then when we run out of diskspace and/or bandwidth, we simpy add more. Of course you are not the only webmaster we have to think about, so while your business grows, so do theirs, but so does ours. And this is the way in which we can continue to upgrade our resources to provide the "unlimited" promise.

Agreement of Acceptable Use Policy

The internet is a powerful information and entertainment tool, we would expect our customers to use the Internet with respect, courtesy, and responsibility, giving due regard to the rights of other Internet users.

Subcriptions are the only way an account may be upheld in an 'up' state unless other arrangements are made prior to subscription failure or account instatement. If payments or subscriptions are not upheld First Call Web Design reserves the right to suspend, then cancel and delete account within 24-48hours of suspension. firstcallwebdesign.co.uk can and will not be held accountable for file losses in this situaition.

Professional and curtious service is always given and the same is expected in return. If an account holder becomes over zealous, vulgar, rude, etc. The account will be deleted.

Our acceptable use policy is actively and strictly enforced. Offending content or users are removed from our network, usually as soon as they are discovered, although we will always inform you when and why any action has been taken.

Common sense is the best guide as to what is considered acceptable use, however the following are unacceptable uses.

Illegality

In any form, including but not limited to the unauthorised distribution or copying of copyrighted software or other data, harassment, fraud, or trafficking in obscene material.

Undesirable Content

Certain types of content are not permitted on our network. We do allow adult content, but all adult sites are reviewed and may be rejected for ANY reason we feel fit. Content relating to Hacking, Cracking, Warez and IRC is not allowed. Software downloads may only be hosted if you are the writer and copyright owner of the software, all other software including freeware, shareware and trial software is forbidden. Audio and video downloads may only be hosted if you are the creator and copyright owner of the work.

Bulk Email

The use of our network to send bulk email whether opt-in or otherwise, and the use of bulk email to promote a site on our network is strictly forbidden.

Misuse Of Resources

We do not allow the giving away of free reseller accounts do to the congestion of server resources. We DO however, allow you to give away free regular cpanel hosting limited to 250 free accounts. Any abuse of this stipulation will result in suspension and possibly cancellation.

The Use of Proxy and/or Torrent Servers is STRICTLY PROHIBITED

Including but not limited to employing applications which consume excessive CPU time, memory or storage space. Chat/IRC, web proxy, and mailing list scripts are not allowed on our network under any circumstances. Streaming media can be a drain on web server resources and as such is not allowed. CGI based message forums which use flat file databases are often found to use excessive system resources, to avoid disappointment please use a PHP/ASP message forum. The use of web cam applications which maintain a constant FTP connection uploading an image at regular intervals is forbidden.

If you are unsure about content you intend to place on our network, please check with us before you do. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes acceptable use.

Any account can be suspended or cancelled at any time if we at firstcallwebdesign.co.uk feel a website has broken any rulesor regulations set forth by this agreement.

firstcallwebdesign.co.uk and/or its operators may not be held liable for any loss or gain either financial or personal. All sites hosted by firstcallwebdesign.co.uk are fully and completely the responsibility of the customer paying for the hosting. firstcallwebdesign.co.uk will fulfill the agreed hosting plan to the best of ability and must state, even though downtime is very rare, it may happen. If a downtime lasts more than 48 hours First Call Web Design will pro-rate all subscriptions to make up for lost hosting time.
