Server loads on Palmer and Woods may be a little higher this week than normal. We are migrating all accounts from these two servers to brand new servers. These are the last two servers that used the whmreseller software that we are discontinuing. (We will now be using Master Reseller PRO for our master resellers.)

We have just suspended two accounts that where running illegal scripts on Jones. We have also rebooted the server to clear their crap. we do not usually impose limits to people however we will not tolerate illegal activities that create problems for our valued customers

We have added some free ebooks that you may find useful in the files section of your member area. These ebooks are not free to redistribute unless stated. We will be adding more shortly. If there is anything else you would like to see in the members area please submit a ticket and we will see what we can do for you. Our Support team are going to be unavailable for a couple of hours from now, due to an upgrade of one of our systems. You can still submit a ticket and we will respond as soon as we are back online. If you have a reseller account we can supply you with client exec licenses for only £4 month which is about half the price that you would pay if you bought it direct.

Woods server is running OK again13/08/2008 04:13 am

We have fixed the problems that we found, everything should be OK now and server should be back to normal speed. We are going to monitor this situation rigorously. Should you encounter any problems please do not hesitate to contact us. We apologize once again for any delays this may of caused.

Latest update on Woods Server12/08/2008 6:03 pm

We have gotten FTP up and running temporarily on Woods. It is still running slow but at least usable while the main fix is completed. This is effecting server speeds so when the issue is resolved, the speeds will be back to normal. Just a note.. You can always use file manager in your cpanel if you only have a few files to upload.

After adjustments we have still been getting an error on Woods server. It would appear that there is a memory distribution error. We are currently working on this and apologise for any inconvenience.

1. Log into the cPanel account you are wanting to transfer on the old server. 2. Click on "Backup >> Generate/Download a Full Backup". 3. Once here, select the backup destination to be "Remote FTP Server".
